Nedbook International began business in 1986 and expanded in 1987 by taking over Medical Books
Europe (distributor and subscription agent in the medical and paramedical field). Nedbook also
started specialising in electronic databases in that year. In 1998 Nedbook increased its interests in the medical field
by purchasing Intermed Rotterdam, the widely acclaimed medical bookshop in The Netherlands.
