types of journal subscriptions, whether published by commercial publishers,
societies or
state
bodies, are handled. Our computerised subscription system helps us to keep
track of the
many
administrative procedures required to ensure that your subscription runs
smoothly.
Subscriptions
can be managed on the basis of “renewed unless cancelled” or “renewed
annually” . With the latter option we notify you in good time
before your renewal is due and will
renew on
your behalf only after receiving your instructions
Subscriptions
to electronic journals, whether or not automatically included in the
subscription
to the
printed journal, are also managed by the subscription department.
Check-In Services
Libraries
wishing to outsource the check-in and distribution of subscription issues
received,
can
do so: Nedbook offers an automated check-in system, tailored to the
requirements of libraries.
Annual
billing /Early prepayment discounts
Libraries
can take advantage of discounted pricing on their subscription titles if
prepayment for
the
complete subscription package reaches Nedbook early. Basis for the early
prepayment is
our
estimate for the upcoming subscription year’s total expenditure. Details are
available on
request.
